The workshop, titled How to create an audiovisual project, will allow attendees to learn the keys to carrying out their own audiovisual project, from its conception to its closure. ACERCA DE CINE is aimed at both professionals in the sector who want to improve their skills, and people who is starting out in cinema.
The key points to develop a project of these characteristics will be addressed. From planning and approach, to script development, directing techniques, the filming itself, among other aspects. A proposal in which the invited professionals’ own projects and the process they followed for their development will also be known.
Those selected will develop a collaborative short film based on what they learned during the program.

Chus Gutiérrez was born in Granada. In 1983, she went to New York to study film; There she directed her first short films and is part of the musical group Xoxonees. She studied at the City College of New York and in 1987 returned to Spain. In 1991 she made her first feature film, Sublet. The director’s debut receives awards at several festivals and she is nominated for the Goya for Best New Director.
In the following decades, Chus Gutiérrez cultivates a solid career as a director and screenwriter with a filmography that includes Sexo Oral (1993), Alma Gitana (1994), Insomnio (1997), Poniente (2002), En el mundo a cada rato (2004), la película colectiva Hay motivo (2004), El Calentito (2005), Retorno a Hansala (2008), Sacromonte, los Sabios de la Tribu (2014), Ciudad Delirio (2014) y Droga oral (2015).
In 2020 he presents her new documentary ROL & ROL and in 2021 she directs Sin Ti No Puedo and De Caperucita a Loba. In 2023, she shoots Tu Madre o La Mia. She has participated in numerous international festivals such as Venice, Toronto, San Sebastián, Busan or Cairo. Founding Partner of Cima and vice president between 2006 and 2011. Member of the Film Academy.

El taller, titulado Cómo crear un proyecto audiovisual, permitirá a los asistentes conocer las claves para poder llevar a cabo un proyecto audiovisual propio, desde su gestación hasta su cierre. Acerca DE CINE está orientado tanto a profesionales del sector que quieran mejorar sus capacidades, como a personas que se hayan iniciado en el mundo cinematográfico.
Se abordarán los puntos clave para desarrollar un proyecto de estas características. Desde la planificación y planteamiento, hasta el desarrollo del guion, técnicas de dirección, el propio rodaje, entre otros aspectos. Una propuesta en la que también se conocerán los propios proyectos de los profesionales invitados y el proceso que siguieron para su desarrollo.
Los seleccionados desarrollarán un cortometraje colaborativo basándose en lo aprendido durante el programa.
